DESIGN CONCEPT  |  PROJECT DESCRIPTION   
The architecture of The Promontory is influenced by the water's natural features, echoing wellness, health, and happiness while providing a sanctuary of beauty in the middle of a vibrant city. The building's lighting highlights sophisticated material palette of façade and casts a warm light wash over its crown, making it stand out with style and poise. It is essential that the idea takes into account the waterfront location and the promontory along the shoreline. Therefore, the welcoming masterplan is depended on the creation of distinct floor spaces and garden courtyards in in lieu of a traditional entry.
